Be a Vendor/Sponsor

Be a vender at the festival at the conclusion of the Park Cities 4^th of July Parade!  Thanks to the hard work of the City of University Park and the Rotary Club of Park Cities, the festival draws approximately 5,000 people from 9:00 a.m. to noon.  Attendees enjoy a wide variety of fun activities and interact with venders who are highlighting their services.

 

If you would like to be a vender at the festival or if you would like to sponsor an activity at the festival and receive advertising recognition for providing that activity, here are the opportunities:

 

Vender- $250 for which you may bring your own tent or set up or be provided with a tent and two chairs.  Selling items is not permitted, but giving away promotional materials and food or drinks is encouraged to make it fun for people visiting your display.

 

Donor- $500+ at which amount your company will receive advertising recognition in banners at the gazebo and in the Park Cities Newspaper in the July edition.  Smaller donations are also appreciated.

 

Sponsor- Cost varies depending upon the attraction/activity being paid for.  Your company sign is placed beside your sponsored activity, and you may also have a tent if you so choose.  Pictures of the different activities can be seen Here.  The activities that can be sponsored are:
