• CONGRATULATIONS tot Dawn Gulley who has been chosen District Governor Nominee Designate. She is a member of the Dallas Uptown Club, and currently serves as an Assistant Governor. She previously held many positions of responsibility at the club level and in the District. If confirmed by Rotary International, she will follow Mike Callahan as District Governor for Rotary year 2027-2028.
