Vision:
“To prepare servant leaders, to build a team-based culture, and to effect progress in our Rotary Club of Park Cities, our community and our world.”
 
Goal:
With the graduation of each legacy class, for RCPC to evolve more and more into a Club of teams (not committees) with committed team players sharing common values and goals.
 
Structure
 
  • Cohorts: Accept 16-18 team members (a final 14-16 permits 7-8 breakout).   Registration fee is $100. 
 
  • Expectations:   Selected candidates will focus on team development, discussions and team project. Meetings on Tuesday mornings (7:30-9:00) of 8 subjects (cannot miss more than one) plus likely 2 voluntary sessions over 22 weeks.
 
  • Session Discussions:  Interactive with questions, discussions and breakout sessions at each meeting
 
  • Post-presentation Assignments:  Small teams meet (lead, record, share to rotate) between sessions to complete an assignment prior to next session – encouraging the Team to connect, collaborate and solve together.
 
  • Capstone project: This project is a team building experience that will be created with an RCPC collaborative partner or other non-profit, and engages club members. Project must be launched by March 2023 and completed by June 1, 2023.
 
  • Group team building:  Additional: Shared Team Experience and celebrate the Team Project and reward Team members for success with post-series celebration.
