Friendly Reminder!
The Chili Day and Holiday Party was virtual.
The Salvation Army still needs our Chili Day Lunch Money
– and more – in these difficult times.
Donations can be made through this link: Donate with PayPal Giving Fund
OR mail a check payable to the Salvation Army ARC
to the club office (6704 Snider Plaza, Dallas, TX 75205)
and Laurie will be sure it gets to Orville Salmon.
Orville tells us that the link above will go directly to
the Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center on Harry Hines
where we have traditionally held our first Friday chili luncheon.
We know they will miss us this year and will miss our members
who so generously give when they attend that day.
The need has increased; giving has decreased.
With fewer bell ringers and limited Angel Trees, the Salvation Army
is bracing for a significantly reduced level of donations this year.
Please be as generous as you can!
